CAP (College of American Pathologists), is the main organization of certified pathologists worldwide, guaranteeing high quality services to the patients.

ISO 15189:2015 standard certifies that a laboratory has a certified Quality Management System.
Also, settles general requirements for the laboratory to have recognized competences to perform its activities guaranteeing the commitment with quality and with technical competence.
Mendelics has been accredited by CGCRE (Inmetro) according to the ABNT NBR ISO-15189 since 2018 – CLC 0007.
The Clinical Laboratory Accreditation Program of the Brazilian Society of Clinical Pathology/Laboratory Medicine (SBPC/ML) is focused on the laboratory best practices.

CLIA
NBR ISO/IEC 27001/2022
CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) is a certification issued by the US government.
It certifies that a laboratory has robust laboratory processes that meet high quality standards and allows the accredited laboratory to operate with samples coming from other laboratories based in the USA.
Mendelics has been accredited by CLIA since 2023 under number 99D2277038.
The certification verifies Mendelic´s competencies of Information Security Management System, ensuring compliance with standards for the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of information security practices.
Implementing the standard raises awareness among employees regarding the use of data, as well as mitigating risks and losses due to cyber-attacks.
The certification also enhances the company’s credibility to customers, partners and employees.
Mendelics has been accredited by the Fundação Vanzolini/IQNet in accordance with NBR ISO/IEC 27001/2022 since April 2024- SI-26431
